DELIVERY:
All media packages will be delivered through a Google Drive folder via the email address that is inputted into the Contact Information form before adding to cart.
DELIVERY TIME:
All photo packages have a 7-day guaranteed delivery time. All Static Video Packages have a 14-day guaranteed delivery time. All Highlight Reels have a 45-day guaranteed delivery time.
EXPRESS DELIVERY:
Express delivery is an optional add-on for all media packages. Expected delivery times will be within 48 hours for photo packages, and within 72 hours for video packages. and within 7 days for Highlight Reels
IMPORTANT*
All media packages will be removed from the Google Drive folder after a period of 30 days but will remain on a secure backup server unless asked otherwise. Please download all content within the 30 day period. If the media has not been downloaded after 30 days and you wish to have them sent out once again, simply send an email requesting a resubmission.
